You can make a reservation by calling us at Cosmo's Playhouse LLC or filling out our online reservation form on our website located below for the 1-hour assessment. 

No. For safety reasons, you do not stay. We are happy to take a few pictures though and send you a quick text for the assessment. 

All dogs are caged upon your arrival. Once you leave, we will let your dog sniff everyone. Then, we will start introducing your dogs to other dogs, one at a time. 

We will contact you immediately and put a game plan together with you. 

Yes, we have several water bowls for the dogs to drink from and we constantly fill them. 

Yes, we potty break every couple of hours. We have an area in front of our building for potty breaks

Dogs will be caged for the following reasons: 

• evaluations
• lunchtime
• if they need a time out for behavior reasons
• at pick-up time

we require:

• rabies
• dhlpp
• bordetella
• parvo
• distemper

Puppies must have at least 2 sets of shots for the evaluation

All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age for all services. 

No, we offer half day or full days 

Half days are up to 4 hours and cost $15

Full days are over 4 hours and cost $25

 All dogs must be inside by 11 am. We do not allow drop-ins for safety reasons. Appointments only. 

We will be happy to give your dog lunch. Just bring a baggie of food for the day with their name on it and the time you would like them fed. 

Yes! We offer $5 off your second dog.

We also offer packages.
